How do people who run non-profit organizations make money legally?

I 'the VE taken a university course on introduction to the market and we did a huge segment on the non-profit organizations. We "learned" about how there are a lot of money in non-profit organizations and people may take strong livings forming. Understand how an NPO may collect the money for it 's because their road fundrasing, grants, gifts, ect. But, as do starting devices and employees of NPO 's is legally their own personal funds? It doesn 't is in addition to tax exemptions. so you said there is legislation on fundraising and donations are distributed?

They are like more of an apartment that pays rent and doesn’t get back anything from it. I decided to bring up this issue here because of the visibility and popularity of the Yahoo Answers website, and with the hope that somehow a member of Delta management would come forward and explain why Delta believes it can survive. Delta operates seventy (70) 727 airplanes, with oldest delivered in 1972. These airplanes consume fuel like army tanks on steroids. How does anyone expect Delta to make money?
